Ever wanted to take a closer look at ClickMobile? This video will give you a general view of what a field service technician would have available to them with mobile work order management in ClickMobile and while in the field.
Sections in this demo include:
General Information – Such as, what time is the work scheduled?
Customer Information – See how Technicians have the ability to contact the customer if necessary either through a call, text or email.
Location – What is the customer’s address? ClickMobile has a google maps application allowing the technician access to driving directions.
Details – What type of task needs to be completed? When is the task scheduled to begin and end?
Parts Used – Parts or assets that technicians are using can be listed in this tab. Technicians also have the capability to add a part that is needed to complete the task if they don’t have it readily available.
Mobile Work Order Management – Configurable forms can be included to assist with the documentation of the work that is scheduled.
Completion – The technician can report the task as completed as well as gather any additional needed information such as pictures of the completed work or a customer’s signature.
It’s important to note that ClickMobile is configurable, therefore this user interface is just one example of the many configurations available depending on your company’s mobility needs.
